First Woman in Boston Marathon

I came across this  video on Facebook earlier, and wanted to share. It's the story of the first woman runner in the Boston Marathon - and how she had to crash the marathon in order to gain entry. I sometimes can't believe that stuff like this happened. Really, I feel very fortunate to grow up in a world where women are (mostly) equal to men. I still feel that there injustices, but I do feel like we've come a long ways ladies! This made me want to get out there and run Boston...but I'll never be that fast...and I'm okay with that. I'll just cheer on all you super fast ladies who can meet the Boston requirements :)
